Silk - Fresh pan-Asian street food
Silk was created by Dennis Bandack and Jane Bell Bandack as an innovative and casual pan-Asian dining concept, best describe as pan-Asian “street food”. Silk offers an overview of flavors that spans across a region the size of half the world.
The first Silk was launched on the island of Korcula (Croatia) in 2016. A second followed in Split two years later and on December 15, 2018, Silk Verbier will open its doors.
Silk offers offers pan-Asian quality food at affordable prices. Succulent and beautifully presented dishes, prepared fresh on the go and that can be eaten quickly either on site or as take away. A friendly atmosphere in a relaxed dining environment that optimizes resources and space together with unparalleled service.
The creators and their Asian brigade have carefully chosen the dishes that make up the menu to ensure quality and variety. After all, the idea behind Silk is to offer a journey of culinary discovery to the many clients who visit Silk daily.
