For non-skiers who like to stay active, Verbier has 25 km of signed trails that start at the resort and provide an opportunity to peacefully enjoy the beautiful scenery.
A suspended footpath 800 m long lets you move from tree to tree using Nepalese bridges, Tyrolean traverses and clamping stirrups.

Lovers of cross-country skiing will delight in: a 6-km trail at an elevation of 2200 m, with a panoramic view that will take your breath away (Les Ruinettes – La Chaux); a 4-km loop trail in the resort. In the Bagnes valley you find another 10km in Champsec and 3km in Plamproz (trails accessible with the bus line "Le Châble-Fionnay")
