Gentianes-Tortin

The Col des Gentianes marks the high Alpine area where the giant Jumbo and Gentianes cable cars intersect at 2950m.

Gentianes is a hardy alpine plant found across the European Alps.

The descent from the Col des Gentianes to Tortin is rumored to be the longest, most sustained, mogul run in Europe. The high mountain itinerary route is a good measure of your ski fitness!

Content collected from the Freeride Verbier book, it is available in the tourist office and the ski shops.

Please note :
Itineraries are officially designated off-piste routes, marked on the piste map as yellow lines, a single line of yellow poles in the snow marks the direction of an itinerary route. Itineraries are bounded 20m on each side of the yellow poles.
