Verbier, a paradise where it is good to live...

Recognised the world over for its electrifying and cosmopolitan nightlife, Verbier is proud of its bustling clubs and legendary après-ski events. Although the resort made its name with establishments like the Pub Mont-Fort, the Fer à Cheval and the Off-Shore, there’s plenty more to discover, including Le Rouge, Le Mouton Noir, the Off-Piste bar at the W Hotel and concerts at Farinet Après-Ski. In Verbier, you can put together a good meal with some Bagnes raclette cheese or try out one of the resort’s celebrated restaurants, for example La Table d’Adrien, La Cordée, La Grange or the W Kitchen. Over at the Farm Club, they’re partying harder than ever – it’s been a Verbier institution for more than 40 years. And let’s not forget the Étoile, Farinet South and the Casbah, which will keep you dancing till the morning light.

A host of events take place in Verbier and Val de Bagnes throughout the course of the year. Food lovers won’t want to miss W Verbier’s Haute Cuisine event in April or Bagnes Capitale de la Raclette in September. And there’s plenty to keep music lovers happy, too, with the renowned Verbier Festival for classical music in July and August, the Rocklette Festival (which combines music and gastronomy) in August, and the Polaris Festival for electronic music, which kicks off the new season in December. Finally, Verbier places a strong emphasis on art, for example with the Verbier Art Summit in January, themed exhibitions at the Musée de Bagnes, the 3D Sculpture Park between Les Ruinettes and La Chaux, and the art galleries in the resort.
