For a magical night, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and as close as possible to the stars, the Cabane Mont Fort invites you to celebrate the year 2025 in an exceptional setting.

On the menu for this evening

Welcome aperitif: the Cabane's signature cocktail and mignardises.

Festive dinner :
- Foie gras on toast and onion compote.
- Salmon gravlax and horseradish mousse.
- Ballotines of veal fillet with truffles, spicy jus with Grand Saint-Bernard herbs, baby vegetables on a potato mat.
- Catelle de Verbier with truffle, served with green salad.
- Raspberry macaroon with vanilla cream.
- Coffee and chou caramel.

At midnight: A glass of champagne to toast the New Year.

Half-board overnight stay: Mountain accommodation and breakfast the next morning.
