The herd of the Le Tronc mountain pasture consists of 82 Hérens cows. The cheese is made from raw milk and special attention is paid to the maturation process to create a wide palette of flavours.
The managers of the mountain pasture, Virginie and Sébastien, are always delighted to welcome visitors to their friendly snack bar!
