  • The refreshment bar is located a little higher than the Col du Lein. Up there, you can enjoy a small snack: a cheese crust, polenta or a shepherd's plate (assiette du berger).

    The refreshment bar is only open in summer when the cows are on the mountain pasture (approximately from the beginning of June to mid-September). Catering until 8 pm.

    On our mountain pasture, we have cows of the Hérens breed, pigs, chickens, a dog, horses, goats and Valais red sheep.
