  • Discovery of edible wild plants in the mountains. Around a pretty mayen at an altitude of 1400m, Siloé Gavillet, naturopath will pass on his knowledge to you with passion. A cooking workshop will allow you to integrate by moving to practice.

    You certainly cannot imagine the number of wild plants that are eaten, from weeds in our gardens to those found everywhere, in meadows, undergrowth and mountain pastures. Picking them and cooking them will allow you to integrate the knowledge acquired while having a good time tasting them. With tea or coffee, the chocolates of Raphaël Thoos, chocolate maker in Sarreyer, will be offered to you for tasting.

    Our host, Siloé Gavillet is a naturopath, animated by an artistic fiber and passionate about wild edible and medicinal plants. She likes to recreate this bond of intimacy with the life of our planet but also to nourish the bonds which unite us to each other. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge with you!
