Pur'Up – Upcycling Fair & Arts 2023

On show: an overview of the players in the upcycling field, with their creations and production. A host of craftspeople, artists, companies and institutions will be on show in a main exhibition at the Hôtel Farinet and in various private and public venues in Verbier and the Val de Bagnes. We will also offer workshops, conferences and other activities.

Upcycling is part of the vision of a circular economy and consists of recovering materials or products that are no longer in use in order to transform them into products of superior quality or utility.

Program :

Central exhibition & information with a selection of upcycling objects and pieces of art: every day from 4pm to 8pm in the Lounge of the Hotel Farinet.

Various pop-up exhibitions in Verbier and the Val de Bagnes, including :

Vernissage: 21 July at 5pm in the Lounge of the Hôtel Farinet.

Discussion: "Recycling doesn't exist": 10 August at Le Châble, registration required. ONLY IN FRENCH

Workshop: "Painting on skis & snowboards" with Marie Hiroz-Azzalini: 24 July in Le Châble, registration required.

Workshop - mini-rando "natural surprises in Verbier resort" with Cherries Walks: 27 July, registration required.

Activities with Plastique Recyclage Maison : 29 and 30 July at Rue de Médran 3, next to Burton.

Recycling & upcycling with wood" workshop with Vincent Denaud: 4 August, Le Châble, 7 to 14 years old, registration required.
