    Searching for traces of the wild animals that populate the forests around Verbier.

  • We set off from Médran by foot, then take a little path that leads up into the forest towards Clambin and then Le Hattay.

    The forest is brimming with towering spruces, larches and deciduous alpine trees that are home to a large number of squirrels.

    What do I need to do?
    1. Online registration is mandatory before 4 pm the day before the trip. No reservation by email. 1x free with VIP Pass.
    2. On the day of the trip, meet at Verbier Tourist Office at 1 pm.
    3. Bring a backpack and the equipment listed below; be sure to wear hiking shoes.
    4. Enjoy the hike (2.30 hours hike).
    5. Return in Verbier around 4.30 pm.

    Equipment:
    Windproof jacket and pullover
    Hiking shoes
    Backpack with water bottle, snacks
    Hat
    Sunglasses

    2.30 hours hike and level of difficulty: easy.

    Minimum age to participate in the activity: 10 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

    All activities organised by the Verbier – Val de Bagnes Tourist Office comply with the protection measures set out by the Federal Office of Public Health and the restrictions imposed by cantonal or federal authorities to fight the spread of COVID-19.
