  • Terre Haute is a culinary journey organised by the DEVORE association and features a delicious vegetarian menu created by the passionate chef Jérôme Henry. The meal will be entirely based on the principle of “zero waste”, in other words, each ingredient produced in Valais or in Switzerland is carefully chosen to respect the environment and will be used in its entirety thanks to the creativity of our chef.
