Bagnes Capitale de la Raclette

For the 19th year, Val de Bagnes is once again celebrating its iconic dish: RACLETTE.

‘Bagnes Capitale de la Raclette’ is an unmissable event for all those who love this cheese speciality. Over a weekend, visitors can discover the local produce for which the region is famed, in particular raclettes prepared with high-quality cheese from the surrounding alpine pastures. Cheesemakers will take pride of place with a focus on their know-how through culinary demonstrations, workshops and activities surrounding gastronomy and Valais culture.

The aim of the event is to spotlight local produce and promote Valais gastronomy. The full diversity of raclette is celebrated here, with traditional or more original recipes. It’s a unique opportunity to taste authentic produce and to spend unforgettable moments as a family or among friends.
