Starting in Champsec, set off in the direction of the dairy and take the little road that is overlooked by the carpenter’s shop, then cross the bridge on the right.
From here, follow the forest road to the little path that climbs up on the left towards Sarreyer. Once you arrive in the village, turn left and climb towards the Sarreyer mill, then head downhill through the centre of the village.

Follow the road that leads to Lourtier for around 100 metres, then take the dirt track on the right and continue until you reach Lourtier. You will pass by the Maison des Glaciers museum on your way through the village. Head back towards Champsec on the left bank, passing La Sasse on your way.
