  • Six portraits of Provost Rausis will be looked at, analysed and discussed from the perspectives of history, art history, heraldry, theology and humour.

  • A cultural evening of many facets that will not be short on humour, with a panel of knowledgeable contributors: Gaëtan Cassina, professor at the International Academy of Heraldry, Gisèle Carron, an art conservation & restoration expert, Canon Jean-Pierre Voutaz, archivist at the Great St. Bernard Hospice, Ludovic Chappex, illustrator and graphic designer, and Daniel Rausis, comedian , collector and compere for the evening.

    In conjunction with the Musée Sauvage exhibition:

    Items with sentimental attachments, of emotional importance or evocative of memories and knowledge, personal to the individual... the Musée de Bagnes is showcasing ten private collections with narration by the men and women who have collected them, who live in, with and through them, and who bring them to life. This is an immersive, sound-rich exhibition where written text fades away to fall into harmony with the powers of the object.
