    For this 6th edition, ten talented chefs combining 14 Michelin stars come together to lead cooking classes and create sumptuous menus during the themed evenings. Alongside Sergi Arola are: Alain Caron, Jacques Pourcel, Nicolas Sale, Vanessa Huang, Joël Cesari, Thierry Drapeau, Gary Kirchens, Yves Mattagne and Jean-Baptiste Natali.

    The four hands cooking classes take place on Thursday 7 and Friday 8 December from noon and are followed by the tasting of the dish with the chefs. On December 7, Sergi Arola and Alain Caron deliver their greatest culinary secrets at Eat-Hola, while Vanessa Huang and Yves Mattagne share their recipes in the kitchens of Bô!
    On December 8, Nicolas Sale and Joël Cesari lead the cooking workshop at Eat-Hola, while Thierry Drapeau and Jean-Baptiste Natali show their talent and passion at Bô!

    The gastronomic dinners promise great surprises with exclusive themes and innovative menu each evening.
    Thursday December 7th, the theme is the Valais. Chefs Natali*, Sale**, Kirchens*, Drapeau** and Cesari* have the mission to use their techniques and expertise to sublimate the products of the region such as Hérens beef, PDO cheeses and other emblematic ingredients. The gourmet menu is paired with the best wines from the Cave Ozenit.
    Friday December 8th, the theme is Music. Chefs Arola**, Caron, Pourcel***, Mattagne** and Huang draw their inspiration from a music of their choice to create an original recipe. To enhance each dish, W Verbier's mixologists concoct innovative cocktails that spice up the flavors and awaken the taste buds.
    During the Grand Finale night on Saturday, December 9th guests will witness a high-level competition. Chefs work in pairs and cook a dish that will be served and judged by a jury, and the guests. The five-course menu is accompanied by Louis Roederer Champagnes. The evening ends with the announcement of the winners for the best plate.

    This new edition promises an exceptional program sprinkled with fun and conviviality.
