"Reste Pas Planté Là" is a workshop covering principles focused on a regenerative food system, and an exciting occasion to learn the basics of self-sufficiency in a garden setting.
You will learn about the importance of soil health and how to grow food even on a small scale. Growing your own herbs and vegetables is a great reminder of how fortunate we are to have fresh produce in our supermarkets year-round, it reduces carbon emissions and improves your health.
Please bring along some containers such as vegetable and fruit trays from your own supermarket shopping. We will show you how to make use of these.
