Natalia, who hails from the continent that brought us the precious cocoa bean, has been immersed in the world of chocolate from a young age. After attending pastry school in the United States, she travelled to Europe to hone her expertise before finally settling in the heart of Val de Bagnes, where she founded her laboratory and works on getting the absolute best from local products.

Since then, she has created delicious and astonishing treats to tickle the taste buds and keep gourmets of all descriptions happy – including those who are lactose intolerant or vegan.

Pay her a visit at her lab to discover her story and taste the fruits of her expertise!
