Municipal Police

The Val de Bagnes municipal police provide an external service throughout the commune, as well as on the territories of the communes of Sembrancher, Liddes and Orsières. Its role is above all preventive. It works in close collaboration with the cantonal police. Its general mission is to ensure public safety, in particular the protection of people and property, to maintain order and public safety, to ensure compliance with communal regulations and laws in general, to assume the roles of prevention and repression and to ensure parking control.
