You’ve never heard of pickleball before, so it’s high time you gave it a go.
Pickleball is a racket sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and padel. Originating in the United States and counting millions of practitioners, this new discipline is gradually reaching Europe. It is a very friendly and easy to play sport which is usually played in doubles and can also be played in singles to spice up the game. A match is played in 11 or 15 points with 2 points difference in 2 winning sets. Points are scored only by the serving team. The serve is performed, from bottom to top, with or without bounce, diagonally from the baseline. A single service, except in case of let. Once the ball has bounced once in each team's court, both teams can either volley or play after a bounce. All you have to do is come and try!
