The Compagnie Digestif presents “Doula terra,” an interdisciplinary play for all ages. Inspired by the book “Im Traum kann ich fliegen” by Swiss author Eveline Hasler, this show poetically explores the themes of soil diversity.
The setting, a hut enveloped in roots, is teeming with sounds and animal and plant life: this is the world of Doula terra, a benevolent figure who accompanies the birth or death of living beings underground.
Through movement and the manipulation of objects, this show takes young and old alike on an imaginative journey into the heart of the underground world. This experience, which combines culture, nature, and education, takes a cross-disciplinary approach to establish a unique link between knowledge, emotions, and experience.
