In the warm setting of La Vidondée, Christophe Laurenti, passionate winemaker at Cave des Ponts, will guide you through his wines made from 14 grape varieties cultivated across 3 hectares between Riddes and Leytron. To accompany the tasting of 6 exceptional wines, Le Papill’on will serve small bites inspired by the Portuguese cuisine of the Azores, finishing with a flavorful, indulgent touch to awaken your palate.
