Mountain restaurant

Hostel and restaurant are located at 2076 meter altitude in the heart of the pastures des Etablons à la Tzoumaz.

During winter you would reach it by ski lift, snowshoeing or sealskin. By summer you can come by car from la Tzoumaz or Verbier.

You will find a family atmosphere and surrounding with goat and rabbit during summer.

The restaurant offers local cooking with winter and summer menu.

We only cook fresh seasonal products. Our garden produces all vegetables for our salad and our soup.

The restaurant is open on Wednesday evenings for torchlight descents.
The restaurant can also be opened on Saturdays on request with a theme menu.
