The dogs guide you, the mountain does the rest.

Discover the world of sled dogs with TakiTrek. At Les Ruinettes, polar dogs lead the way. Whether you're a novice or an expert, there are several activities to choose from, depending on the altitude.

Panoramic tour:
A 5 km ride between Les Ruinettes and La Chaux, comfortably seated in a sled. As you look up, the Val de Bagnes opens up around you.
Duration of the activity: approximately 45 minutes.
Departure from the top of the Ruinettes cable cars.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.

Introduction to sled driving:
Learn how to drive your own team and take the reins.

The Explorers
5 km route on groomed trails. You drive a team of 2 to 3 dogs.
Duration of the activity: approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

Mushing Adventure
7-9 km trail on groomed and off-piste tracks. Drive a team of 2 to 3 dogs, followed by a tasting of local products.
Duration of activity: approximately 2 hours 30 minutes.
Activity reserved for people in good physical condition.

For rides, the recommended age is 3 years and older. Younger children may be intimidated by the dogs' excitement at the start.
For introductory sessions:
Short introductory session: ages 10 and up
Long introductory session: ages 15 and up

Two sleds. Maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 3 children per sled.

Activities take place in the morning to provide the dogs with the best conditions, particularly in terms of temperature and snow. The afternoon is devoted to rest and recovery.
