The Experimental group was founded in 2007 by Olivier Bon, Pierre-Charles Cros and Romée de Goriainoff, three childhood friends joined by Xavier Padovani. United by a shared vision of hospitality, they have succeeded in winning over a clientele in search of new experiences. The four entrepreneurs, first famous for importing the cocktail bar culture to Paris, have gone on to open wine bars, restaurants and hotels in Paris, Biarritz, London, the Cotswolds, New York, Ibiza, Menorca, Venice, Cannes, Verbier and Val d'Isère.
The art of the cocktail remains a founding line of the group, so it was only natural that the Experimental Cocktail Club was inaugurated in Verbier in 2018. On the first floor of the Expérimental Chalet, share a cocktail by the fire with a view of the mountain for après-ski, the aperitif or as a prelude to the party.
