Come and run or walk in a relaxed atmosphere and support research into childhood cancer.
In 2012, to mark its 20th anniversary, the FORCE Foundation launched two annual sporting events – in Verbier and at Chalet-à-Gobet in Lausanne – giving the general public the opportunity to support research into childhood cancer by taking part in either a sporting or leisure course.
Open to elite and amateur athletes, families and children, runners as well as walkers – both walking and Nordic walking – these events are also intended to be moments of sharing and conviviality.
NEW THIS YEAR: THE RACE MOVES TO VERBIER, FROM MÉDRAN TO LES RUINETTES, WITH TWO NEW ROUTES.
In addition to the classic 11 km course with 1,100 meters of elevation gain, we are introducing a more leisurely route around Les Ruinettes, covering 5.4 km with 140 meters of elevation gain.
A pasta party will welcome all participants at the finish line in Les Ruinettes. Return to the resort is by gondola lift. Companions who do not wish to hike up or down can also use the cable car facilities.
Categories: women, men, girls up to age 16, boys up to age 16.
