This ecumenical chapel is dedicated to All Saints, and is a private chapel.
This final gem amongst the valley’s chapels, built in 1990 by architect Pierre Dorsaz, shines the light on Verbier Hamlet and offers it a spiritual presence.

The blending of the old – the bell from the 17th century, the paving from a shepherd’s hut, terracotta tiles from an old German convent, walls made of the rubble of previous demolitions, the roof of wooden tiles – and the new inspires us to contemplate the eternal Beauty of God. Magnificent stained-glass windows, provided by the François-Xavier Bagnoud Association, were produced by artist Cecilia Bozzoli from Lausanne, and are based on the theme of “saving a loved one’s life at the risk of one’s own”, as a tribute to the great and long-standing tradition of rescue in Valais. The small pinewood organ, built in the old style and composed of 3000 hand-made parts, was put together by the craftsman Arthur Studer from Grimisuat. The sculptor Pascal Deslarzes from Lourtier produced some wonderful panels depicting scenes from the Bible.

Happy is he who seeks peace in his heart. There he will find the seed of eternal life.
