Together we will discover the trails and landscapes of this beautiful country. Share your goals & dreams and I will create your tailor made itinerary, taking into account your fitness levels & trail expectations. I will then escort & coach you throughout the program, to maximise your experience. We can also discuss running technique, equipment, training and route planning where it is needed.
There are many options, from 2 hours to a full day or even a multiple day traverse with overnight stays in the charm of a mountain hut. The actual running time is usually much less than the time of the tour: we walk a lot (if it's steep, if the terrain is technical, if the "walking" pace suits us better), we take breaks to eat and drink, we stop to study the route. Take the time to appreciate what the mountains have to offer: picking blueberries, observing the forest, admiring the view. In short, trail running is more than just running, it is about the harmony between yourself and nature!
