Association des propriétaires de chalets et appartements de Verbier

APCAV is a public interest association whose aim is to defend the interests of chalet and flat owners in the Verbier region; in particular, it ensures the harmonious development of the resort and its region and can oppose any project that could harm it. 

The APCAV gives priority to supporting the Société de Développement (SDV): this is the institution that brings together - around the administration represented by the Tourist Office - the Commune, local traders, Téléverbier SA, hotel and restaurant owners, estate agents and ski schools. 

A member of the APCAV currently sits on the committee of the SDV where he specifically represents the owners of chalets and flats.
