Becoming more comfortable on your bike also means becoming safer with greater control and being able to venture onto higher level trails. We help you to progress by starting where you are and going at your own pace. In the form of private or group lessons (maximum 6 people), we take the time to establish a solid technical foundation to bring you to the realization of your mountain biking goals, whether it be DH, enduro or cross-country, electric or muscle. At the same time you will get to discover some of the beautiful places in the resort where you will be taking your course. Depending on your individual technical level and your objectives, we will be able to propose different work areas. Posture exercises, banked turns, obstacle crossing, braking techniques, jumps, are all exercises that you will have the opportunity to practice at the Swiss Mountain Bike School and that will allow you to go to the next level. We also teach you basic mechanical knowledge that will allow you to better understand the functioning of your bike and to optimize the adjustment of certain essential components (suspensions, brakes, tyre pressure, etc...).
