  • Thanks to our artisanal skills, our experience and our creativity, we create unique cheeses made from local milk. In fact, all our milk comes from 15 farmers within a 10 km radius of the cheese factory!

    Every day, we transform an average of 5'000 liters of milk and stock nearly 6'000 pieces in our refining cellars. Enough to awaken your taste.
