    Chef Vincent is a young Bagnard who grew up in Verbier and watched his grandfather and then his uncle work in the kitchen. He chose to study cooking and spent 3 years in the brigade of chef Carlo Crisci, at the restaurant Le Cerf in Cossonnay, which has two Michelin stars. He then joined the brigade of the Lausanne Palace, with chef Edgar Bovier, also starred in the Michelin Guide and 18/20 in Gault & Millau. He then honed his skills at La Brasserie du Grand Chêne, Côté Jardin, La Table d'Edgard and the Hotel le Sapin in Charmey.

    Back in Verbier, he worked as a chef at the Croix de Cœur restaurant and then at the Au Vieux Verbier restaurant. Today, he realizes his dream and welcomes you to the bistro le Sonalon.
