The main restaurant is on the upper floor offering a broad à-la-carte menu in a high-quality setting with dining tables surrounding a magnificent marble bar serving innovative cocktails.
To accompany the meal, there is an excellent selection of 150 wines on a list that highlights local Valaisan vignerons as well as the classic regions of France and Italy.
Overlooking the spectacular mountain scenery is a panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the Alps.
The lower floor of the restaurant also features a private dining room for dinners or meetings of up to 20 people, this time with an interesting view of the micro-brewery. The brewery team offers regular tours where you can learn about the brewing process and the quality of the local fresh mountain water, and taste the range of beers.
Vie Montagne also has a state-of -the-art fitness facility, integrating a high-end gym with a studio space and a treatment room for massage.
