Starting from Place Centrale in Le Châble, pedal a short while on the road which leads to Bruson. At the summit of Le Châble at the place called "La Barmaire", take a slight right to cross the bridge and head up this forest road until you reach Les Barmes and then La Giète. A few metres higher, before arriving at Les Combes, take the paved road for the last hairpin bends before reaching La Côt. Take the forest road to head down to Rénarosse and then Bruson. A few metres higher, before arriving at Les Combes, take the paved road for the last hairpin bends before reaching La Côt. Take the forest road to head down to Rénarosse and then Bruson. Continue in the direction of Les Barmes to go back to the start of the course and finish at Le Châble.
