Club children who are enrolled in triathlon groups year-round
Swimming – ATV – Walking Course – Cross Country Skiing + 4 Triathlon Competitions per Year
Swimming: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 18h00 to 19h00 (except holidays)
Fitness room: Every Thursday during the winter from 17:00 to 18:00 (except holidays)
MTB: Every Wednesday from 14:00 to 15:30 (except winter and holidays)
Running: Every Friday from 17:00 to 18:00 (except in winter and during holidays
Cross-country skiing: Every Wednesday from 14:00 to 16:00 during the winter (except during the holidays)

Weekenders Children
We would like to develop a weekenders program. Write us an email with the names, dates of birth and level of the children if you are interested.
Club training program for adults year round or for the season:
Swimming Road Bike Trail Running Cross Country Skiing Ski Mountaineering
50 CHF support members, including 3 multisport introductory training sessions
125 CHF active adult members, all workouts are included + license discount

Swimming technique + interval and fitness room Verbier:
Every Tuesday morning (except during the winter season)
Every Thursday night

Swimming in Martigny
Every Friday morning

Road bike le Châble
Every Monday evening (except winter season)
