Verbieroffers itself to you
What adventures will you choose to have today?
Winter
Family activities and winter sports are the order of the day in this charming resort overlooking the Rhône plain. The village of la Tzoumaz lives up to its new name as ‘tzoumer’ means ‘to rest’ in Valais dialect. While the village is well and truly dedicated to relaxation, it also offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities for all the family. Situated at an altitude of 2,200 metres, the Savoleyres ski area — with its two north and south-facing slopes — offers optimal snow cover and maximum sunshine. Directly connected to the 410 kilometres of pistes in the 4 Vallées, the area is a popular stop-off point for winter sports enthusiasts of all levels. Want to push your limits? Have a go at freeriding in the Vallon d’Arbi or take to the famous toboggan run at La Tzoumaz. Would you rather spice up your day on the slopes? The Funslope is a great obstacle course for children, while the Copperfield School Verbier Race Experience lets you compete against your friends on a timed giant slalom course.
SUMMER
Family activities and contact with nature are the order of the day in this little corner of paradise. From the top of the Savoleyres cable car or the upper reaches of the Vallon d’Arbi and Lac des Vaux, mountain bikers, e-bikers, and downhill skiing enthusiasts can get their adrenalin pumping on easy to advanced trails. Hiking, mountain scootering and a host of walks and activities for all the family round off the range of activities on offer. Would you like to explore the surrounding countryside?
