Ibex Gin & liqueurs: Valais craftsmanship and convivial moments in the heart of Val de

To extend this experience, we created the Comptoir Ibex, a tasting and conviviality space located in Le Châble. Here, you can discover our spirits, enjoy a warm atmosphere, and share the spirit of Val de Bagnes over a glass.

The Comptoir Ibex is also a place of experience: with our gin creation workshops, anyone can become a master distiller for a day. Choose your ingredients, craft your flavors, bottle
them, and personalize your own gin. A playful and sensory immersion that leaves an unforgettable memory.
