YIN BOOST: SLOW DOWN TO MOVE FORWARD
I teach various so-called yin practices: Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, slow-motion aerial yoga, sound journeys, and myofascial self-massage, bringing them together under one concept: Yin Boost.
Why “boost”?
Because these slow and restorative practices are not the opposite of action—they support it.
In a daily life that is often very yang—active, fast, and stimulating—the body and nervous system need moments of slowing down to recover, regulate, and regain clarity.
Yin Boost is about introducing these spaces of conscious recovery in order to make energy, focus, and action more sustainable.
My classes are open to everyone, and especially to engaged, active, or creative individuals who want to slow down and optimize their momentum.
