Description
Mountain biking, adventure and the big screen: join local riders Jérôme Caroli and Ludo May for an inspiring film night that will make you want to get back on your bike.
Four films, two local riders and a big dose of adventure: join us at Cinéma de Verbier for an evening celebrating mountain biking, wild landscapes and the freedom of exploring on two wheels.
The programme features Combine (20 min), Jérôme Caroli's latest film. Blending steep skiing with high-alpine mountain biking, it explores the connection between these two disciplines through commitment, instinct and breathtaking lines in the mountains of Valais. A powerful project completed after Jérôme's comeback from a serious injury.
You'll also discover Peak of the Balkans (30 min), where Ludo May and Jérôme Clementz swap familiar trails for an unforgettable bikepacking adventure across the legendary Accursed Mountains. Crossing Kosovo, Montenegro and Albania, they ride remote trails, discover spectacular landscapes and meet the people who call these mountains home. A journey driven by curiosity, freedom and the joy of exploration.
The evening also includes two short episodes from Ludo et son vélo, filmed by Nico Falquet around Verbier: Happy Hour, a magical ride as golden hour fades into moonlight, and Rincée de douze, a playful reminder that some of the best rides happen when you're soaked from head to toe.
From the Swiss Alps to the Balkans, these four films promise spectacular scenery, inspiring adventures and plenty of reasons to dream about your next ride. Meet Jérôme and Ludo after the screening and hear the stories behind the films.
