Description
‘Dialogues du vivant’ is a series of cultural events that invites visitors to explore the links between bees, plants and our relationship with living things.
Born out of a collaboration between the Centre de Compétences en Apiculture (ApiAlpes) in Vollèges and the Flore-Alpe Alpine Botanical Garden in Champex-Lac, this project brings together scientists, beekeepers, botanists, artists and enthusiasts around a varied programme that is accessible to all.
Throughout the season, lectures, round-table discussions, screenings, storytelling evenings and meetings offer a multi-faceted perspective on the issues of biodiversity, pollination, Alpine know-how and the environmental challenges facing mountain regions.
Held alternately in Champex-Lac and Vollèges, these events are an invitation to discover the Entremont region in a new light, through encounters, the sharing of knowledge and the richness of its natural and cultural heritage.
