Experimental Chalet Verbier is organising a retreat to revitalise body and mind.
From 21 to 23 August, the hotel, set in the idyllic surroundings of the Verbier resort, will host the Kundalini Retreat. Organised by Diane de Montesquiou, a Geneva-based Kundalini Yoga teacher, this retreat focuses on mental and physical wellbeing. Offering a mix of meditation sessions, mountain walks and opportunities to reconnect with oneself through activities such as reading and writing, the Kundalini Retreat encourages guests to take their time and, above all, to look after themselves. To complement these activities, healthy lunches and dinners are provided, reminding guests of the importance of nutrition in their quest for wellbeing. Finally, the hotel’s Biologique Recherche-certified spa is also available, allowing those who wish to do so to enjoy dedicated facial or body treatments for a moment of pure relaxation.
