Here, simplicity has character. A place rooted in the Val de Bagnes, on a human scale. Inside, there are 40 seats. On the terrace, there are 36 seats to enjoy the fresh air and the landscape. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, carried by a complementary duo: the kitchen on one side, the service on the other.
The menu goes straight to the taste buds. Crispy rösti, melted cheese crust, meat served on a hot slate. Vegetarian dishes complete the offer. Local cuisine is not a concept, it is a given: cheese from the Etiez dairy, cured meats from Bagnes, fresh vegetables, selected according to the seasons.
