Training during the peripartum phase of a woman's life is a complex topic. Join us for this workshop focused on women's training during the peripartum period.
Part of the Mountain Air Trail Running Club and presented by Klättermusen, Pauline, mountain leader and physiotherapist, will help us understand the importance of the perineal muscles and how to ensure you are training correctly. She will provide tips and key strategies to help you train safely, minimising the risk of injuries or complications related to pregnancy. This session is also beneficial for any woman who has experienced challenges with the perineum.

• Outdoor workshop. We’ll start with focused muscle activation, followed by a group run
• Lunch focused on nutrition for training, offered by Klättermusen
