Live-fire catering on the terrace of your chalet, for a dinner with friends, weddings, corporate events and club events. Authentic Argentine asado, cooked over an open fire in front of your guests, from cocktail receptions to seated dinners. Based in Verbier, available throughout Switzerland, all year round.

Pizca is Argentine asado, cooked over an open fire, at your place. We arrive two or three hours in advance, light the fire and cook in front of your guests, on your chalet terrace or in your garden. All we need is a terrace or balcony: we bring everything else, from the grills to the prep table. Two formats: - Open Fire: a sit-down dinner around the fire, with four menus to choose from, from the simplest option to the Grand Asado. - Fire Bites: a cocktail-style reception, with fire-cooked bites served throughout the evening. We cook outdoors all year round, even in the snow. We cater for private chalets, weddings, corporate events and clubs. Based in Verbier, we travel throughout Valais with no travel fees, and across Switzerland on request, with a tailored quote. We're a small team of friends, and you can feel it around the table. We speak French, English and Spanish. Ideally, get in touch a week before your event, but don't hesitate to ask even if your date is closer.
