Laurent Royer, formerly from Hotel Farinet and Nomad Sushi Lounge, has taken the reins of this fabulous institution up in Clambin.
The menu will remain similar to that of old , with all the local Bagnes and Swiss favourites , along side some new exciting and contemporary additions by head chef William Canny. The venue will undergo an uplifting face lift , enhancing the chalet features it boasts at present.
