Hot spot of the famous resort of Verbier, the restaurant "Le Caveau" welcomes you all year round in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Indeed, we are an institution of the region with more than 50 years behind us. This modest family business has continued for 3 generations with the same intensity and generosity as in the beginning! Our menu is made up of local products: local charcuterie, cheese from the mountain pastures of the region or from Verbier, and a variety of dishes (salads, meats, etc.) to satisfy all the curious. Moreover, we refine our own raclette cheeses, our wines are all from the Valais and we diversify each year with new recipes: such as fondues with surprising tastes (chilli, bear's garlic, tomato, courgettes, ...) That's why we will be delighted to share our passion and know-how with you every day during the winter season!
