Indeed, we are a long-established local business with over 50 years of history behind us. This modest family business has been going strong for three generations, with the same passion and generosity as when it first began! Our menu features local produce: local charcuterie, cheeses from the region’s mountain pastures or from Verbier, and a variety of dishes (salads, meats, etc.). There’s something to satisfy everyone’s curiosity. What’s more, we mature our own raclette cheeses, all our wines are from Valais, and every year we introduce new recipes, such as fondues with surprising flavours: chilli, wild garlic, tomato, courgettes, etc. That’s why we’d be delighted to share our passion and expertise with you, in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
