Le Dahu is first and foremost an authentic and refined cuisine at an altitude of 2'265 meters.

But it is also, according to the legend, a strange creature that comes to graze the pasture of La Chaux. It is at this very spot that the restaurant Le Dahu came to life in the early winter of 2011.
