Located in La Chaux at an altitude of 2,265 metres, Le Dahu welcomes you in the heart of the Verbier / 4 Vallées ski area.

With the spirit of a traditional Swiss mountain brasserie, the restaurant combines generous cuisine, warm hospitality and a large panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding Alpine scenery. The menu showcases produce from Valais and Switzerland, with a particular focus on our house-smoked meats, including beef brisket and pulled pork. Our pasta, pizzas and desserts are also homemade, complemented by a selection of regional products celebrating the flavours of Valais. Accessible directly from the slopes, Le Dahu is the perfect place for lunch, a meal with friends or family, a drink on the terrace, as well as group meals and mountain events.
