Under the leadership of executive chef Rudy Ballin, Le St Bernard celebrates authentic Alpine cuisine, deeply rooted in local produce. Alpine cheeses, local meats, seasonal vegetables and Valais wines make up a gourmet and elegant menu. Designed as a contemporary chalet, Le St Bernard welcomes its guests in an atmosphere of cream and burgundy tones, where light wood and designer details blend together in the heart of the Experimental Chalet hotel.
