If you stay in a hotel, they’ll provide you with your VIP Pass.

If you stay in an apartment, your VIP pass will be provided by your rental agency.

If you’re in a Airbnb accommodation, just drop in to the tourist office to pay your visitor’s tax and get your VIP Pass there.
