The result of a mixture of influences from cuisines from around the world, Romain Maillot brings his innovative culinary skills to Verbier. With his Reunion Island origins, he casts his curious gaze on nature and the produce that surround him in order to create dishes that are often surprising, always elegant and imbued with excellence.

The decor: inspired by the past, influenced by the present, and looking to the future, the atmosphere in our restaurant invokes a modern interpretation of the traditional Alpine chalet.

For a truly original experience, book “the chef's table”, an introduction to the intensity and art of cooking. This unique table can accommodate up to five guests facing the kitchen team in full service.

Our Chef : Romain Maillot

With a diverse culinary experience ranging from Reunion Island via Vietnam, traveling to Australia and Dubai, on to Paris, before arriving in Switzerland, Romain has trained in different temples around the gastronomic world.

His mentors, Alain Ducasse, Virginie Basselot, Jérôme Banctel and Pierre Gagnaire instilled within him the drive to share and surpass himself, before taking over his own stoves for restaurants like La Ferme de mon Père in Megève or L'Olivier de Provence in Geneva.

As much as possible, Romain celebrates local produce through his refined and instinctive dishes.
