The objectives of the association are to rebuild a bread oven in a building made available by the commune of Bagnes, to seek financing for this construction, to reactivate a bread oven, to organise bread baking days, to manage the whole building including the annex rooms, to organise events related to bread and bread baking in association with the bread oven, to manage the operation of the "Sarreyer saw and mills" and to set up an organisation to show the birth of bread - from grain to from grain to bread.
